Applied Metapsychology

“Meta” means “beyond”.

Applied Metapsychology offers many structured techniques within a person-centered context. The strategy is to give opportunity for a person to examine his or her life, mind, emotions and experiences with the goal of resolving or decreasing emotional charge to return to a more productive and enjoyable life. The following technique is being offered at Northern Therapy Practice.

If you have experienced a distressing event that you need to process , please contact and request TIR. TIR is safe for children and adults.
