Pathways to Change – A New Direction for a Better Future

Pathways to Change offers structured, evidence-based programs designed to support personal growth, accountability, and lasting change. 

The Redpath Addiction Program

The RedPath program, developed by Whitepath Consulting, is a holistic, culturally-sensitive approach to healing and self-wellness, particularly effective for addressing mental health and addiction issues, especially within Indigenous communities.

Holistic and Culturally Sensitive: The RedPath model blends clinical and cultural approaches, addressing emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.  

Healing and Wellness: It aims to move beyond mere recovery to foster lasting wellness and healthy relationships within individuals, families, and communities. 

Key Principles: Emphasizes the interconnectedness of individuals and the importance of community.  

Balance: Stresses the importance of all aspects of the program being present for healing and wellness.  Storytelling: Uses storytelling as a tool for sharing, learning, and connecting with personal experiences. 

Program Components: The Circle: Fosters community building, respect, and understanding.  Creativity: Encourages self-expression and bringing the inner self to life. 

Designed for individuals struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues, trauma, and other challenges. 

The Living Without Violence Program

 Living Without Violence is a structured intervention program designed to help individuals recognize, address, and change violent or abusive behaviors. Grounded in evidence-based practices, the program explores the underlying causes of aggression, the impact of violence on individuals and families, and the development of healthy, non-violent communication and coping strategies. Participants engage in guided self-reflection, skill-building exercises, and accountability measures to foster long-term behavioral change. This program is suitable for individuals seeking personal growth, as well as those mandated by the court or other agencies.  Program offered virtually or in person. 

Anger Management

This structured Ontario-based Anger Management Program is designed for both court-mandated individuals and non-mandated participants seeking to improve emotional regulation and conflict resolution skills. The program follows evidence-based social work practices and incorporates psychological principles, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and emotional intelligence training.  

Available Virtually or In Person 

                    Assessments: Includes quizzes, progress tracking, final assessment, and certification upon completion  Eligibility.

Compliance:   Meets Ontario court requirements for anger management courses

  • Suitable for voluntary participants looking to enhance emotional control and relationship management    
  • Certification provided upon completion for court submission (if required)  This program is ideal for individuals facing legal obligations, workplace issues, or personal relationship challenges and provides practical strategies for long-term behavioral change. 

Court-Approved Alternative Justice Program for Offenders

Designed for individuals seeking a structured, educational path to rehabilitation, this program provides meaningful intervention for those charged with drug-related offenses. It promotes personal accountability, relapse prevention, and long-term success outside of the justice system.  Supporting Your Legal Journey  Our experienced program facilitators work closely with: ✔ Lawyers and probation officers,  The courts and alternative justice programs, Clients requiring Gladue Reports and Pre-Sentence Reports.


 We also provide letters of completion and progress reports for court and legal professionals to support your case and demonstrate commitment to personal change.  Whether you’re seeking personal transformation or an alternative justice program, Pathways to Change provides the tools and support you need to move forward.
